The El Paso Centennial Museum is just as well-known for its meandering and lush gardens as it is for the extensive permanent exhibits that shed light on the geographical and cultural history of the region.

Known as the Chihuahua Desert region, the area's unique history is on display here. The El Paso Centennial Museum focuses on border life and culture, living in America and University of Texas El Paso.

The museum also hosts the annual FloraFEST and SunSCAPE festivals, which celebrate the region's native plants.
