Cielo Vista Mall offers the largest shopping experience in the El Paso area, with its five large anchor stores and more than 140 specialty shops. The super-regional mall has more than 1 million square feet of retail space after undergoing a massive renovation in 2005.

The Mall rises from the east side of the Franklin Mountains and boasts two Dillard's department stores, a JCPenny, Sears and Macy's.
